ADCB provides Free of charge ATM Cards to the beneficiaries
ADCB has signed recently a Social Aid Payment Contract with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs for Social Aid Payments.
ADCB has initiated a unique offer to provide ATM Cards free of charge to the beneficiaries of Social Aid programme as part of its added value service to simplify the process for the community which is currently being done manually through the Teller Counter.
ADCB unique Cards will provide an easier process of payment to the Social Aid beneficiaries within the Emirates in possession of the unique ADCB Card.
Presently ADCB is servicing approximately 3500 (10%) out of a total approximately 35,000 beneficiaries.
Steve Dickens Chief operational Officer of ADCB said: "The unique ATM Cards linked to a specific account were designed specially for the Purpose of Social Aid Payment in collaboration and final approval of the Ministry Officials."
"All ATM Cards issued through ADCB can be utilized not only at ADCB ATMs but also all other UAE ATM Switches locally thus eliminating the need to physically visit the different banks." Mr. Dickens added
