Quality Management System Standard for ADCB

Abu Dhabi , 10th January ?2007: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has announced that it has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the Quality Management System Standard ISO 9000:2000. The Quality Management System is applicable to Provision of Service Excellence alternative delivery channels providing a range of banking services encompassing; cards business, electronic and internet banking, customer services and the processing of IPO share applications within the UAE.

The certificate issued to the best financial institutions in the field of banking and financial business was awarded to ADCB on 20th December 2006 and is valid for three years.
