How to start using the new ADCB Mobile Banking App (Existing Customer)
Choose one of the following login options and follow the steps:Log in with your password
- Use your current password. If you are registered with ADCB FacePass, the application may ask for a quick face scan to activate SecurePass.
- Registered with ADCB FacePass: Reset it instantly using face verification.
- Not registered: Reset it using your Customer Identification number or card details and follow the on-screen steps.
Log in with UAE Pass (For iOS)
- Tap UAE Pass on the login screen and complete the standard UAE Pass steps to enter the application.
How to Register on the new ADCB Mobile Banking App (Existing Customer)
Open your new ADCB Mobile Banking App
Choose the ‘Existing Customer’ option, then select either ‘Card Number’ or ‘Customer ID’.
You can enter your Debit Card or Credit Card number. To retrieve your Customer ID (CID), send an SMS with “CID” to 2626 to receive it instantly.
Enroll for ADCB FacePass
Authenticate yourself with a one-time FacePass enrolment by scanning your face to confirm your identity.
Create a New Password
Set up a strong password that meets the minimum eligibility requirements.
Set up SecurePass PIN
Proceed to the next step to set up your 4-digit PIN. Avoid using simple or repetitive numbers, as this PIN will be required when authorising transactions.
Enable Biometrics for Login and SecurePass
You can enable biometrics (Fingerprint or Face ID) for login and choose to use biometrics for SecurePass instead of entering your PIN each time you authorise a transaction.
Enable Notifications
Enable notifications for transactions to receive timely updates on activity in your account and approve transactions initiated through e-commerce websites using your Credit Card or Debit Card.
