Yes, you will be able to see all your existing accounts within ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking.
Will my RBS RSA token continue to work?
No, you do not require the RSA token to log on to ADCB@ctive.
I am already an existing e-banking user for RBS. What will happen to my username?
You can use your existing customer ID and password to login to ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking. Please enter your existing customer id in the “Nickname” field or alternatively you may use your new ADCB 6-digit Customer Id in the CID field. Your password will remain the same as before. However, since this will be the first time you will login to ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking, you will be prompted to review and accept the terms and conditions and change your password to continue using the internet banking service.
I am a registered RBS e-banking user but have never logged in my account. Do I need to register again?
Yes. If you have never logged into e-banking, you will need to register with ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking again using your new ADCB Debit / Credit Card & ATM PIN or your new ADCB 6 digit Customer ID & i-PIN.
I have forgotten my RBS e-banking password. What do I do?
You can log in to ADCB @ctive and get a new password using your new ADCB Debit / Credit Card & ATM PIN or your 6 digit Customer ID & i-PIN.
What happened to my old PDF statements?
Your previous PDF statements will be unavailable. Should you wish to receive them, please call the ADCB Contact Center or visit your nearest ADCB branch in the UAE.
Will all the RBS e-banking services and features continue with ADCB active?
Yes. All the current services and features continue except the following:
1. Standing instruction setup for credit card payment
2. Supplementary credit card limit change
3. Block / Re-issue debit card
4. Card activations
5. Mobile number /E-mail address update
