INSEAD and ADCB Partner to provide financing options for Executive MBA participants

Abu Dhabi, 21 September 2010 - Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and INSEAD, the leading international business school, today announced a partnership to offer educational financing to INSEAD's Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) participants. ADCB's financial product, ADCB Education loan, provides financing options for professional executives to participate in the GEMBA programme at INSEAD's Abu Dhabi campus.

The ADCB Education Loan is a key driver of sustainable education across the region by providing participants residing in the UAE with the financial aid needed to pursue their career goals. The minimum financing amount offered is Dh10, 000 and the maximum is Dh250,000, depending on the applicant's eligibility. Repayment of the loan can be distributed over a period of a minimum of six months to a maximum of 60 months. The ADCB Education Loan is offered without the commitment of a salary transfer and at competitive interest rates.

INSEAD's GEMBA is ranked fifth on the Financial Times' 2009 EMBA ranking and offered on all three of its campuses in Europe (France), Asia (Singapore) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi). The first Middle East section of GEMBA will begin in October 2010. This section of GEMBA provides the opportunity and convenience for participants from all nationalities from the region to receive an internationally recognized Executive MBA in Abu Dhabi.

The programme is delivered in modular format over the course of 15 months. Each modular period typically consists of seven to 10 days, and is approximately every six to seven weeks apart to enable participants to work and study at the same time. Participants will be on the Middle East campus for eight weeks, the Asia campus for two weeks, the Europe campus for one week with and one additional week in either of these two campuses.
