ADCB Offers Job Opportunities for UAE Nationals

After the successful launch of its recruitment program for nationals last year, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is reopening its doors to nationals who wish to start their career path in the banking sector.

UAE fresh graduates and high-school job seekers are also invited to attend this event, which will take place in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday 25th April in Emirates Palace, where members of the Bank specifically from the HR Department will be present to provide career guidance and information about the In - Take Program and how ADCB can support and qualify the students, while they are studying so as to join the Bank after their studies completion.

The walk - in nature of this significant event will present the interested applicants with job opportunities and enable them to go through informal interviews, while having their contact details and information by the Bank representatives, a step which could take them to further interviews at ADCB premises with the concerned managers and HR department.

"The activities' focus of this special event held by ADCB will mainly be on highlighting the roles and functions of various positions as well as the experiences and challenges of valuable careers available within ADCB for UAE national candidates among 2006 manpower projections. We will be there to offer professional career advices and recommendations to all candidates and applicants who are willing to begin with ADCB in their career journey." Sultan Al Mahmood, Head of the Human resources Department stated.

It is worthy to mention that this initiative comes as a realization of the emiratization strategy to which the Bank is committed and it will effectively impact the local labor market through granting the nationals precious career opportunities in Banking as well as providing them with the training necessary to enhance and develop their skills and performance.
