Sustainable Finance

To support our corporate clients in their transition, ADCB is providing significant project financing for sustainable initiatives, including in the area of renewable energy. The Bank also offers Sustainability-Linked Loans that extend preferential terms to companies meeting agreed targets, as well as specialist advisory on Green Bond and Sukuk issuance.

Our approach to sustainable financing is defined by the Sustainable Finance Framework which provides the eligibility criteria and the definitions on lending, investments and facilitation of sustainable activities. The Framework will also form the basis to track progress against our sustainable finance target.
