1. How can I find the TouchPoints earned online?

The screen with TouchPoints Summary Statement will be displayed showing the transactions for the current month - Month To Date basis

2. What are the TouchPoints Statement details that are available on ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking?

The TouchPoints Summary is a summary of your TouchPoints Earned through your TouchPoints Relationship as of the date the statement is generated. This Statement only includes the TouchPoints Relationships that are under the same customer id showing the TouchPoints earned, adjusted and bonus points for each of the respective TouchPoints Relationship for that month.

3. When will the TouchPoints reflect in my TouchPoints Account?

The frequency of crediting the TouchPoints into your TouchPoints Account determined by the respective TouchPoints Relationship and is subject to the TouchPoints - Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.

  • Credit Card / Debit Card

The statement will show the total TouchPoints accumulated for the entire month for the transaction/s that is/are posted to your credit card / debit card account respectively. The TouchPoints posted will be from the last statement date until the current statement date.

  • Loans (Smart Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Mortgage Loan)

TouchPoints will be credited to the TouchPoints Account upon expiration of at least thirty (30) days from activation of an account and only if such account remains active and in good standing during such period. There may be a lag of 30 days between the TouchPoints earned and credited to the TouchPoints and the number of TouchPoints credited to the TouchPoints Account may be limited on a case by case basis depending on the type and amount of accrual in the TouchPoints Account.

  • For Current and Savings Account

Average customer account(s) balance at the end of each month. TouchPoints are paid each month on average monthly balance. TouchPoints will be transferred to your TouchPoints account on the statement date.

  • For Fixed Deposit

TouchPoints are paid on maturity of the deposit amount.

  • For Investment Products

TouchPoints shall be earned on issuance of the Investment Product/s.

  • For Insurance Products

TouchPoints relating to the Insurance Products product will be credited to the TouchPoints Account after the Insurance Products product is approved by the insurance company and the customer has paid the first premium pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof.

  • For Electronic Channels (ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking, ADCB Mobile, IVR 600 50 2030)

TouchPoints earned on making utility bill payments and funds transfer through Electronic channels will be credited on the following day of the successful transaction.

The frequency of crediting the TouchPoints is determined by the respective TouchPoints Relationship and is subject to the TouchPoints - Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions

4. What does "TouchPoints Brought Forward" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

The opening balance of TouchPoints mentioned under TouchPoints Carried Forward in your last Statement.

5. What does "TouchPoints Earned" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

TouchPoints earned on your TouchPoints Account from various TouchPoints Relationships since your last statement date.

6. What does "Bonus TouchPoints" on my TouchPoints Statement mean? When will the Bonus TouchPoints reflect in my TouchPoints Statement?

TouchPoints awarded by ADCB during specific promotions pertaining to a specific TouchPoints Relationship or to the entire TouchPoints Account as a whole. Bonus TouchPoints is subject to the validity of the Promotion and will be credited as per the terms and conditions of the promotion.

7. What does "TouchPoints Adjusted" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

Point adjustments made to your TouchPoints Account since your last statement. This would apply in case you return a qualifying purchase to the Merchant or if there was a mistake in the way your TouchPoints were calculated / awarded.

8. What does "TouchPoints Redeemed" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

TouchPoints Redeemed means the TouchPoints redeemed by you against redemption vouchers and which will be deducted from your TouchPoints account.

9. What does "TouchPoints Expiring Next Month" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

TouchPoints Expiring Next Month means the TouchPoints expiring within 2 months from the Statement Date. TouchPoints shall expire three (3) years from the date on which they were credited to the TouchPoints Relationship account.

10. What does "TouchPoints Carried Forward" on my TouchPoints Statement mean?

TouchPoints Carried Forward is the closing balance of Points which is calculated as follows:

  • TouchPoints Brought Forward
  • TouchPoints Earned
  • Bonus TouchPoints (if any)
  • Positive Point Adjustments (if any)
  • TouchPoints Redeemed
  • TouchPoint Adjustments (if any)
  • TouchPoints expired

11. How can I find my last 3 months TouchPoints Statement history and how do I view the details?

Facility to view last 3 months statements including the last generated statement is provided via the View Previous Month statements dropdown.

  • Log on to ADCB@ctive Personal Internet Banking
  • Click View Details on the Account Summary
  • Select the month as desired
