Keep in mind

  • A monthly fee will be applicable if the respective relationship balance criteria is not met.
  • Debit card usage at Non-UAE & GCC ATMs would attract a 2% processing fee plus a USD 10 cash withdrawal fee, as per Schedule of Fees. In all cases where Debit Card is used, conversion will be done at relevant foreign exchange rates.
  • Additional statement of account outside the normal cycle will be charged as per Schedule of Fees.
  • Accounts closed within 1 year will attract an account closure fees of USD 100.

You will have the option of receiving an internationally-recognised offshore banking debit card along with your savings accounts. These cards are acceptable at more than 900,000 ATMs and 23 million retail outlets worldwide.

With Offshore Banking, you will benefit from all the convenience that comes with our onshore accounts and you will continue to have just one Customer Identification Number (CID), which allows you to see all your accounts, wherever they are located.

You can manage your finances online – 24 hours a day, seven days a week – via our ADCB Personal Internet Banking service. Your ‘One View’ provides an overall summary of every account you hold and enables you to transfer funds instantly from your onshore account to your offshore account and vice versa.

You can also access your funds internationally using the Offshore Banking foreign currency debit card. These cards are acceptable at more than 900,000 ATMs and 23 million retail outlets worldwide.

You will also have the support of your dedicated Relationship Manager who will be happy to assist you for all your banking queries, along with access to all the ADCB branches across the UAE and our 24/7 contact centre, where our teams are equipped to help you.

Eligibility criteria

Offshore Banking is currently open to clients with the eligibility criteria of either Privilege club, Excellency or Private.

An offshore banking relationship can be opened with a balance as low as USD 25,000 or currency equivalent for Privilege.

An offshore banking relationship can be opened with a balance* as low as USD 50,000 or currency equivalent for Excellency and Private.
