The Bank asks you not to trust third party intermediaries who urge existing or potential customers to transfer money to pay commissions and other payments for approved financings at the Bank or promise to assist in obtaining financing for a certain fee.

The Bank does not send messages through e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or other types of messengers with requests to transfer commissions for approved financings or other banking services. The Bank only charges commissions from customers’ current accounts that are opened in the Bank after a signed application from the customer is approved by the Bank.
