In line with its previous announced decision regarding the wind down of the Retail Banking business, ADCB Islamic Bank will close its cash desks in Astana and Shymkent branches with effect from 25 December 2024.

Customers should, therefore, take the following measures:

• Transfer remaining cash from current accounts with our Bank to an account with another bank or withdraw cash at the cash desk until 25 December 2024; and
• Settle financial obligations to the Bank by replenishing a current account with the Bank by means of a cashless transfer from an account in another bank. Customers can obtain the necessary documents for such replenishment at one of the Bank's branches.
