We would like to inform you that due to the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan coming into force on January 1, 2026, “ADCB” Islamic Bank” JSC is updating its tariffs for corporate clients.

Under the new Tax Code, banking services not directly related to providing financing are now subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 16%. To comply with these regulations, the Bank will adjust tariffs for Cash Management and Trade Finance services as follows:

- Tariffs previously not subject to VAT: Will increase by 16%.

- Tariffs previously subject to VAT: Will increase by 4% (reflecting the rate increase).

The relevant changes to tariffs will be come into force on January 1, 2026.
