We would like to inform you that due to the adoption of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “ADCB” Islamic Bank” JSC is updating its tariff policy for individual customers.

Starting January 1, 2026, the new Tax Code introduces a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 16% on banking services not related to financing. Consequently, the Bank will adjust its Cash Management tariffs to align with this requirement:

- Tariffs previously not subject to VAT: Will increase by 16%.

- Tariffs previously subject to VAT: Will increase by 4% (reflecting the rate increase).

For retail customers, the relevant changes to tariffs will come into force on March 1, 2026.
