
The Bank encourages its clients to familiarize themselves with the educational video on fraud prevention prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There has been a recent increase in fraudulent calls to the Bank's customers. Fraudsters call customers and give false information that attempts have been made to withdraw large amounts of money from their card and ask for their personal details, bank card numbers and details, passwords and PIN codes.
Under no circumstances should customers provide this information. If customers give out such details over the phone, fraudsters will use this information to steal money from these cards.
Please be vigilant and cautious.
