Board of Directors

Mr. Farooq al Marzooqi joined the Board of Directors in 2018. He currently holds the position of Senior Banker – Islamic, Corporate & Investment Banking Group of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
Before moving to ADCB, he had been Head of Wholesale Banking in Al Hilal Bank PJSC in Abu Dhabi, and previously he held a number of senior positions in Commercial Bank of Dubai, First Gulf Bank, and Noor Bank.

Mr. Ishaq Yousuf Abdulla Mirza Alkhan joined the Board of Directors in 2023 and was reappointed as a member of the Board on February 24, 2026.
Mr. Ishaq Yousuf has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector: previously worked at ADCB, HSBC, Lloyds banks. Mr. Ishaq Yousuf graduated from the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (UAE).

Mr. Ahmed Abdulaal Ali Abdulaal Al-Najjar joined the Board of Directors in 2023. Mr. Ahmed Abdulaal has a great experience in the banking sector, previously worked at ADCB, Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Ahmed Abdulaal graduated from Griffith University (Australia).
