WHAT WE DO

Property Management operates through our wholly-owned subsidiaries, Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services (ADCE) and Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP). In addition, Property Management oversees ADCB’s investment properties and returns.

ADCE

ADCE continued to deliver high-quality commercial buildings, within time and on budget, working closely with authorities to maintain and improve the highest standards of construction in Abu Dhabi.

The unique nature of the ADCE business model, coupled with ADCB’s governance principles have helped foster industry best practice. ADCE’s constant focus on adherence to policies and procedures help reinforce our high standards of professionalism, accountability and due diligence. This is further magnified by frequent audit efforts that reinforce our commitment to a continued level of service excellence.

ADCE remains the partner of choice for sizable and complex regional development projects. We deliver a full range of building design and construction development services, with a particular focus on efficiency. We have three core portfolios — government, private and technical services. Our projects range in value from AED 50 million to AED 1 billion.

By capitalising on the diverse fields of expertise of a skilled team of evaluators, engineers and architects, we deliver added value to our customers.

ADCP

ADCP is recognised as one of the largest property management service providers in the UAE, overseeing an extensive property portfolio. ADCP manages more than 2,100 buildings, comprising more than 57,000 residential and commercial units throughout the UAE.

Our team of more than 230 experienced real estate professionals delivers a comprehensive suite of tenant management, leasing, facilities management, and project management services.

Throughout 2019, ADCP continued to grow business lines and supported stakeholders through new initiatives. We also enhanced our partnerships with clients by broadening our digital reach through new technology platforms.

Key achievements for ADCP in 2019 included:

  • Fire & Life Safety Digital Solutions
ADCP contributed to Hassantuk (a strategic initiative by the UAE Ministry of Interior) to oversee the installation of over 950 Alarm Transmission Equipment (ATEs) across multiple mixed-use buildings within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. ADCP proactively supports the Civil Defense in attending to emergency incidents.
  • Social Care and Minors Affairs Foundation (SCMAF)
We signed a new property services agreement with SCMAF to provide real estate services for their administered property portfolio across the Emirates. This was a significant achievement for ADCP, secured following a period of extensive tendering.
  • Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) and Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) Collaborations — New Certification Standards
In coordination with ADDC, we focused on reducing inefficient power usage. As part of this initiative, our technicians attended a new pilot training and skills certification programme through the QCC.
  • Sandooq Al Watan and Emirates Foundation
ADCP is delighted to have retained two of the UAE’s established philanthropic charitable organisations as clients; both Sandooq Al Watan and Emirates Foundation have appointed ADCP to deliver real estate management services.
