How to initiate a Cardless Cash Withdrawal request on ProCash

Step 1: Log in to ProCash and select Cardless Cash Withdrawal.
Step 2: Enter the amount, beneficiary details and approve the transaction. Your beneficiary will receive a unique time-sensitive transaction code sent via SMS to the mobile number provided.
Step 3: Go to an ADCB CDM or ATM and select Cardless Cash Withdrawal. Insert the Emirates ID and enter the mobile number and the transaction code.
