Keep in mind

  • A minor can only operate the safe deposit locker through his/her legal guardian subject to Bank policy.
  • The one-time deposit of AED 1,000 is non-refundable if keys are not returned.
  • If locker keys are lost then AED 1,050 is payable (including 5% VAT).
  • If locker facility is discontinued, rental charges for remaining period are non-refundable.

The locker can only be opened by using your key in combination with the Bank’s master key, ensuring total security.

Unassisted Safe Deposit Locker:

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your valuables are stored in a secured, fully automated and state-of-the-art safe deposit locker facility that is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These lockers feature a unique biometric security system which requires the customer to register the palm impression, access card and password to validate their identity.
