TPIN (Telephone Banking PIN)

A TPIN is required to securely access Phone Banking services.

How to set up your TPIN

  • Log in to ADCB Corporate Banking.
  • Navigate to Account Services → IVR and TPIN Generation.
  • Initiate TPIN setup and create a 6-digit PIN.
  • To Confirm TPIN - Re-enter the same 6 Digit numbers entered above.
  • Generate Token from your Procash Mobile Application and enter the One Time Password.
  • TPIN generated.


How to use TPIN

  • Call the ADCB Commercial Banking Contact Centre.
  • Select Option 1 – Existing Services.
  • Enter your CID (Customer Identification Number) and TPIN when prompted.
  • Once authenticated, Access IVR services.
