How we are topping the list as an employer of choice

ADCB was the highest ranked GCC bank, and one of the region’s top five companies in Forbes’ ‘World’s Best Employers 2022’ list of 800 global firms.

This survey, of 150,000 employees in 57 countries world-wide, determined excellence in the areas of: impact, talent development, gender equality, and social responsibility. Of the nine companies selected from the Middle East, ADCB was the only bank from the UAE.

ADCB’s inclusion in the Forbes list follows our wide-ranging Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey conducted in 2021.
