Creating an outstanding employee experience across the Group



To assess how the Bank is performing on culture and employee experience, we carried out an Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey.

The Organisational Health Index survey assesses employee experience across the Group, including our leadership and management capabilities and a wide range of other organisational areas. The OHI exercise complements our annual employee survey.

In 2021, we achieved an OHI score of 80, and ranked in the top decile globally for coordination and control, innovation and learning and in the top quartile for direction, leadership, capabilities, accountability and the workplace environment.

We are now implementing an organisation-wide action plan to improve a number of key topics based on the outcomes of the survey.
