ADCB is committed to enhancing customer awareness of identity verification requirements during the delivery of personalised banking shipments. These measures help ensure that shipments are delivered only to the intended recipient and reduce the risk of delivery disputes, the presentation of expired identification documents, and unauthorised collection attempts.
To enhance security and prevent unauthorised collection, delivery disputes and identity misuse, our authorised courier representative is required to verify your identity before handing over your shipment. We appreciate your support in completing the required verification process which helps confirm that the identification document belongs to the person named on the shipment.
What you need to do
- Be available at the agreed delivery location and time
- Present one of the following valid original identification document:
- Original Emirates ID, or
