Starting Out Bill payments on ADCB Mobile Banking App

How to pay your bills with the ADCB Mobile Banking App:

  1. Log in to ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Payments from the bottom menu
  3. To add ‘New Payee’, Select category of payment
  4. Select service provider
  5. Choose the service type (as applicable)
  6. You may save the payee for future payments by switching the toggle to ‘Yes’
  7. You can pay by Account, Credit Card or TouchPoints
  8. Enter the amount you wish to pay
  9. Review the details and tap ‘Confirm’
  10. Authenticate the payment with the One-Time Password you received via email or SMS
  11. Your bill payment has been successfully completed
