Steps to access and sign a document:
- Once the documents are ready you will receive an email Click ‘Login’ to begin
- Sign in with your Customer Identification number
- Documents that need your signature can be accessed from the My Signatures tab
- To sign a document, click Sign/Review
- From the menu, select Sign Document(s) to display the document
- Review and sign all documents listed under ‘List of Documents’
- Click on the sign placeholder. It will confirm the document has been reviewed
- Click Sign
- Sign the document by uploading an image of your signature or by drawing your signature using a mouse or a touch pad
- Click Sign to complete
