Steps to access and sign a document:

  1. Once the documents are ready you will receive an email Click ‘Login’ to begin
  2. Sign in with your Customer Identification number
  3. Documents that need your signature can be accessed from the My Signatures tab
  4. To sign a document, click Sign/Review
  5. From the menu, select Sign Document(s) to display the document
  6. Review and sign all documents listed under ‘List of Documents’
  7. Click on the sign placeholder. It will confirm the document has been reviewed
  8. Click Sign
  9. Sign the document by uploading an image of your signature or by drawing your signature using a mouse or a touch pad
  10. Click Sign to complete
