Steps to change the card billing cycle:
- Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Navigate to ‘More’ at the bottom menu
- Select ‘Service Requests’
- Tap on ‘Raise a new request’
- Tap on ‘Select product type’ drop-down
- Select ‘Credit Card’
- Tap on ‘Select request type’ drop-down
- Select ‘Change Billing Cycle’
- Select the card you wish to change the billing cycle for
- Select ‘New Billing Cycle Day’ from the dates
- Select ‘New Standing Instruction Date’ from the dates
- Note: Billing cycle can only be changed once every six months
- Tap ‘Submit’
- Review the details and tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed
- Complete the authentication process using a one-time password
- Your request to change your credit card billing cycle has been submitted successfully
- You can easily track all your service requests by selecting ‘Raise a new service request’ then ‘Track status’
