Easily activate your Debit or Credit Card online:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to the ‘Debit Cards’ or ‘Credit Cards’ section
  3. Select your card
  4. Tap ‘Activate Now’
  5. Review the important information and agree to proceed
  6. Tap ‘Activate Card’
  7. Verify your identity with ADCB FacePass
  8. Congratulations! Your card has been activated. You are now set for online and mobile wallet transactions
  9. Once you receive your physical card, please follow the same steps to activate it
  10. To set up your PIN, select ‘Set PIN’
  11. To reveal card details, tap ‘Reveal card details’
  12. To add the card to Apple Wallet, tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ (if applicable to your device)
