Steps to change the card billing cycle:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to ‘More’ at the bottom menu
  3. Select ‘Service Requests’
  4. Tap on ‘Raise a new request’
  5. Tap on ‘Select product type’ drop-down
  6. Select ‘Credit Card’
  7. Tap on ‘Select request type’ drop-down
  8. Select ‘Change Billing Cycle’
  9. Select the card you wish to change the billing cycle for
  10. Select ‘New Billing Cycle Day’ from the dates
  11. Select ‘New Standing Instruction Date’ from the dates
  12. Note: Billing cycle can only be changed once every six months
  13. Tap ‘Submit’
  14. Review the details and tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed
  15. Complete the authentication process using a one-time password
  16. Your request to change your credit card billing cycle has been submitted successfully
  17. You can easily track all your service requests by selecting ‘Raise a new service request’ then ‘Track status’
