Easily replace your Debit or Credit Card online:
- Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Navigate to the ‘Debit Cards’ or ‘Credit Cards’ section
- Select the card you wish to replace
- Select ‘Service Requests’
- Tap ‘Request Replacement’
- Select the reason for the card replacement
- Tap ‘Submit’. Review the details and tap 'Confirm' to proceed
- Please note that, a standard replacement fee + VAT may be applicable.
- Review the details and tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed
- Complete the authentication process using a one-time password
- Your card replacement request has been successfully received. Your new card will be delivered within 3 working days
- You can also raise and track service requests by selecting ‘More’ from the bottom menu and then choosing ‘Service Requests’
