Steps to request a Cheque Book:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ section
  3. Select your Current Account
  4. Tap ‘New Cheque Book’ or Tap ‘Service Requests’ and select ‘Request Cheque Book’
  5. Review the terms and tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
  6. Tap ‘Submit’ to confirm your request
  7. Complete the authentication process by using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
  8. Congratulations! Your new Cheque Book request has been submitted successfully. Your Cheque Book will be delivered to your registered address
  9. To update or change your delivery address, tap ‘Account Summary’
  10. Navigate to the ‘Offers & Updates’ section and tap ‘Set Delivery Preferences’
  11. Tap ‘Continue’
  12. Select an existing delivery address or add a new address. Then tap ‘Continue’
  13. Review the delivery details and tap ’Confirm’
  14. Complete the authentication process using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
  15. Congratulations! You have successfully set the delivery address for your Cheque Book
