Steps to request a Cheque Book:
- Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ section
- Select your Current Account
- Tap ‘New Cheque Book’ or Tap ‘Service Requests’ and select ‘Request Cheque Book’
- Review the terms and tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
- Tap ‘Submit’ to confirm your request
- Complete the authentication process by using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
- Congratulations! Your new Cheque Book request has been submitted successfully. Your Cheque Book will be delivered to your registered address
- To update or change your delivery address, tap ‘Account Summary’
- Navigate to the ‘Offers & Updates’ section and tap ‘Set Delivery Preferences’
- Tap ‘Continue’
- Select an existing delivery address or add a new address. Then tap ‘Continue’
- Review the delivery details and tap ’Confirm’
- Complete the authentication process using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
- Congratulations! You have successfully set the delivery address for your Cheque Book
