Steps to open a Fixed Deposit:

1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
2. Navigate to the ‘Deposits’ section
3. Tap ‘Open Now’ to start setting up a Fixed Deposit
4. View the features and benefits, then tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
5. Select the currency for your Fixed Deposit
6. Choose the type of Fixed Deposit you prefer
7. Tap ‘View Details’ to learn more about the selected Fixed Deposit type
8. Review the important information about the product, then tap ‘Continue’
9. Select the product and tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
10. Select the ‘Source Account’ from which the deposit amount will be deducted
11. Enter the ‘Deposit Amount’ and select the ‘Tenor’
12. Tap ‘View all deposit rates and tenors’ to see the interest rates for different deposit durations
13. Expand to view more details. Interest rates displayed in the video are indicative. Please review the actual rate at the time of opening the Fixed Deposit.
14. Tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
15. Set maturity instructions by selecting an option
16. Choose the account where the principal and interest will be deposited
17. Tap ‘Continue’ to proceed
18. Review and confirm the details of the Fixed Deposit
19. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Key Facts Statements
20. Tap ‘Agree and Continue’
21. Tap ‘Continue’
22. Complete the authentication process using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
23. Congratulations! Your Fixed Deposit Account has been successfully created
