Temporary card block / unblock

Gives cardholders the ability to easily block and unblock their cards temporarily

Manage spend limits

Cardholders can adjust daily spending limits for ATM cash withdrawals and online transactions

Manage transaction preferences

Adds a layer of control that makes cardholders feel more confident when using their cards and assists issuers in decreasing instances of fraud

The services can be activated instantly for both primary and supplementary Debit Cards. Controls for supplementary cards need to be set by primary card member.
ATM Cash withdrawal limit controls all modes of cash withdrawal transactions done using a Debit Card or using NFC/wallet at an ADCB ATM.
ATM transaction on/off controls all ATM transactions, including cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, mini statement, PIN set/reset, etc.
