How to OPT-IN

Download and launch the latest version of the ADCB Mobile Banking App

In the account Summary, tap on the 'Profile' icon, on the top right. Then, select 'Settings' / 'Notification Preference' to enable Push Notification

Select the notification categories of your choice: Transactions or Offers or select both

Important Information

After opting-in, Push Notifications will become the primary method for receiving transaction alerts of AED 500 or less. In the unlikely event that you do not receive these notifications, an SMS alert will be sent to your registered mobile number.

How to view Push Notifications on your device

All Push Notifications will be sent by the ADCB Mobile Banking App.

You may view the notification or Tap on the Push Notification and you will be prompted to log in.

To view all your Push Notifications, tap on the profile icon on the top right > Push Notification.

Under Notification Preferences, tap on 'Go to Settings'
