How to initiate a Cardless Cash Withdrawal request on the ADCB Mobile Banking App

Step 1: Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App and navigate to the 'Payments' section
Step 2: Select the Withdraw' tab and tap on 'Cash for myself' or ‘Cash for someone else’
Step 3: Fill in the recipient's details and select the account for the withdrawal
Step 4: Enter the cash withdrawal amount
Step 5: Congratulations! Your request is now active and valid for 24 hours

How to withdraw cash without a card at an ADCB ATM

Recipient to visit an ADCB ATM with a Cash or Cheque Deposit Machine

Select 'Cardless Cash' from the options and follow the on-screen instructions

Enter a valid mobile number and the withdrawal code

Collect cash amount
