What is New?

Cardless Cash withdrawals
  • In our constant endeavor to improve services available on our digital platforms and ATMs, we are pleased to introduce Cardless Cash Withdrawal service.
Key features:
  • Avoid the hassle of issuing cheques or visiting a Branch for making payments /withdrawals in cash.
  • Secure & convenient cash withdrawal from ADCB ATMs, without the need to carry a Debit Card.
  • All that is required is an active UAE mobile number and a valid Emirates ID for the withdrawal.
  • Complete tracking and control of the transaction on MIB, with the ability to cancel any time before the withdrawal or expiry of the transaction.
How it works
  • Update to the latest ADCB Mobile Banking app version, login and navigate to Transfers > Cardless Cash Withdrawal > Initiate a Withdrawal and follow the on-screen instructions
  • Minimum amount – AED 100; Amount should be in multiples of 100.
  • Maximum three (3) transactions per day. Capped at AED 5,000 cumulative of all transactions per day.
  • Recipient must have an active UAE mobile number to receive the withdrawal code. Valid for 24 hours.
  • The transaction will be placed in pending status until withdrawal or cancellation or until expiry after twenty-four (24) hours. Status can be tracked from Transfers > Cardless Cash Withdrawal > Track Withdrawals screen.

Emirates ID card is now required at ADCB Cash Deposit Machines

In accordance with requirements from the Central Bank, we have updated our cash deposit process at ADCB Cash Deposit Machines. To ensure that your transactions are always safe and verified, you must now insert your Emirates ID Card each time you deposit money without using your ADCB Card.

How it works
  • Tap the 'Manual' button and receive the prompt to insert your Emirates ID Card.
  • After verification, you will be asked to enter the account or card number.

Features added to deposit services:



You can now add up to six beneficiaries at ADCB Cash Deposit Machines to make your future deposit transactions faster and more convenient.


For every cash deposit transaction above AED 50,000, you will be asked to select ‘Source of Funds’ from a predefined list of options available at the Cash Deposit Machines.
