Debit Card Control Benefits

Card Control offers a range of services, including:

Temporary card block / unblock
Gives cardholders the ability to easily block and unblock their cards temporarily
Manage spend limits
Cardholders can adjust daily spending limits for ATM cash withdrawals and online transactions
  • ATM Withdrawal Daily Limit
  • Online Spends Daily Limit
Manage transaction preferences
Adds a layer of control that makes cardholders feel more confident when using their cards and assists issuers in decreasing instances of fraud
  • Enable / Disable online transactions
  • Enable / Disable international transactions
  • Enable / Disable in-store transactions
  • Enable / Disable ATM cash withdrawal transactions

  • The services can be activated instantly for both primary and supplementary Debit Cards. Controls for supplementary cards need to be set by primary card member.
  • ATM Cash withdrawal limit controls all modes of cash withdrawal transactions done using a Debit Card or using NFC/wallet at an ADCB ATM.
  • ATM transaction on/off controls all ATM transactions, including cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, mini statement, PIN set/reset, etc.

How to access Debit Card Settings?

Access Debit Card Control Settings in the ADCB Mobile Banking App

Go to the Debit Cards section
Select your Debit Card
Tap on "Card Control Settings"
Customise your settings as per your preferences
