We are committed to safeguarding your cards against fraud ensuring your funds remain secure


To further protect your card accounts, we are introducing a two-step verification process for mobile wallet registrations. The two-step verification process will be applicable when the device used for mobile wallet registration does not have cardholder's mobile number registered with the bank or if the device does not have a SIM card.
This new process ensures that only you can register your card on a mobile wallet, keeping your money safe.

Steps for verification

Enter your card details on a mobile wallet and choose your card verification method as message
You will receive a verification SMS on your registered mobile number. If you intend to add the card to the mobile wallet in that device, please respond by sending TKNACT [space] last 6 digits of your card number to 2626
You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered number. Verify your card by entering the OTP
You will receive an SMS confirmation that your card has been successfully added to the mobile wallet
By introducing this additional layer of security, we aim to mitigate fraud instances and better protect your card account.
