Important Information regarding changes to the TouchPoints program

As part of our continuous commitment to improving customer experience, ADCB is expanding its ecommerce partner network to offer a convenient and hassle-free option for paying with TouchPoints on your favorite partner websites and mobile apps. You can now use your TouchPoints to pay for your next trip on Cleartrip, find the perfect gift for your loved ones on Yougotagift, embark on a spontaneous adventure at Yas Theme Parks, and shop at many other partners of your choice. To further enhance the benefits to our customers, ADCB has also introduced TouchPoints Max. ADCB TouchPoints cardholders will earn additional TouchPoints when shopping with TouchPoints Max partners.

To maximize the advantages for our customers, TouchPoints Max partners and TouchPoints ecommerce partners will now enjoy a higher redemption rate compared to other merchants. Starting from October 10th, 2023, there will be changes to the TouchPoints redemption rate. These changes will be applicable when you use your TouchPoints for instant payments at merchant stores or when redeeming TouchPoints for TouchPoints vouchers through ADCB Personal Internet Banking or by contacting the ADCB contact center.
