What are Retail T-Sukuk?

The Sovereign Retail T-Sukuk Programme enables eligible UAE citizens and residents to invest directly in sovereign, Shariah-compliant investment instruments backed by the UAE Government.
Introduced by the UAE Ministry of Finance and aligned with the UAE’s Year of Family 2026, the programme promotes financial inclusion and encourages a culture of long-term saving and investing among individuals and families.
Retail T-Sukuk provide investors with access to periodic profit distributions, with the profit rate and specific terms determined separately for each issuance.

Second Sovereign Retail T-Sukuk Issuance

The Ministry of Finance continues to advance the Sovereign Retail T-Sukuk Programme through its second issuance in 2026, building on the success of the inaugural offering while broadening individual participation in government investment instruments and expanding the investor base in the UAE's domestic capital markets.

The second issuance enables eligible investors to participate with a minimum subscription amount of AED 1,000. The profit rate will be determined in accordance with prevailing market conditions and the terms of the issuance, with profit distributions made semi-annually.

Steps to Subscribe to Retail T-Sukuk

Log in to the ADCB Mobile App.
Navigate to Wealth > Subscriptions > Retail Fixed Income.
Review the issuance details and enter your DFM NIN for validation.
Select your broker and eligible ADCB payment account.
Enter the subscription amount.
Accept the Terms and Conditions, review the details and submit the application.
View the application in the subscription history
