FAQ Supplier Registration and Support
- Submit the registration form through the ADCB website.
- After ADCB approves your form, a registration link will be sent to complete the process.
- ADCB may require an internal request from the ADCB business team before proceeding further.
Log in via the ADCB website by filling out the “Supplier Self-Registration Request Form” under the "Suppliers" link at the bottom of the homepage at adcb.com.
Once registered, you will be able to receive ADCB’s requirements and participate in ADCB tenders.
Log in to your profile and update your email address.
Your username and password are created by the vendor / supplier. If you encounter issues, please contact SAP Ariba (see attached document).

Clear your browser’s cookies and cache AND TRY AGAIN, ALSO YOU CAN and try the following options:
- Check if an ad blocker is installed (e.g., AdBlock Plus). If so, disable it and try again.
- Try signing in using a different browser.
- For Google Chrome users, update to the latest version to avoid blank pop-up boxes, or use another browser.
- Turn off pop-up blockers in your browser:
In Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Click "Settings," scroll down, and click "Advanced."
- Under "Privacy and Security," click "Content settings."
- Click "Pop-ups and redirects" and toggle to "Allowed."
In Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the Menu icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Options" and go to the "Content" tab.
- Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box.
In Internet Explorer:
- Click the gear icon at the top right.
- Select "Internet Options" and go to the "Privacy" tab.
- Uncheck "Turn on Pop-up blocker."
- Click "OK."
If problem continues, supplier should reach out to SAP Ariba.
Please provide a Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate.
Provide an official company letter, signed and stamped, explaining why the requested documents cannot be provided.
Details of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) holding 25% or more are mandatory for regulatory compliance.
For a stable partnership, ADCB recommends that companies have at least two years of market presence before registering. This helps ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Provide an official letter stating this, signed and stamped.
You must confirm the Conflict of Interest to complete your registration.
Submit an official letter stating that the VAT certificate process is ongoing.
Provide the bank account details of the entity being registered.
