Educational Video Guides Permanently block your card on the ADCB Mobile Banking App

Instantly block your Debit or Credit Card online:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to the ‘Debit Cards’ or ‘Credit Cards’ section
  3. Select the card you wish to block
  4. Select ‘Service Requests’
  5. Tap ‘Block Permanently’
  6. Select the reason for blocking the card
  7. Tap ‘Submit’. Review the details and tap 'Confirm' to proceed
  8. Please note that once confirmed, the card will be blocked permanently
  9. To block your card temporarily, go to Card Control settings and enable ‘Temporary Block’
  10. Complete the authentication process using a one-time password
  11. Your card is now successfully blocked
  12. To request a replacement card, please tap ‘Raise a new service request’
  13. You can also raise and track service requests by selecting ‘More’ from the bottom menu and then choosing ‘Service Requests’
