Steps to decrease your credit card limit permanently:
- Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Navigate to the ‘Debit Cards’ or ‘Credit Cards’ section
- Select the credit card you wish to decrease the limit for Select ‘Service Requests’
- Tap ‘Permanent Limit Decrease’
- Select the credit card and tap ‘Submit’
- Enter the new credit card limit amount and tap ‘Proceed’
- Review the details and tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed
- Complete the authentication process using a one-time password
- Your credit card’s permanent limit decrease request has been submitted successfully
- You can also raise and track service requests by selecting ‘More’ from the bottom menu and then choosing ‘Service Requests’
