
Steps to close your Account:
- Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ section
- Select the Account you would like to close
- Tap ‘Service Requests’ dropdown
- Select ‘Request Account Closure’
- Select ‘Reason for Account Closure’
- Ensure the Account you want to close has a zero balance
- Review and agree to the Account Closure important information
- Tap ‘Agree & Continue’
- To proceed, tap ‘Submit’
- Review your request details and tap ‘Confirm’
- Enter the one-time password sent to your registered mobile number or email address
- Your Account Closure request has been submitted successfully. The request will be reviewed and updated within 5 to 7 working days
