Steps to close your Account:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ section
  3. Select the Account you would like to close
  4. Tap ‘Service Requests’ dropdown
  5. Select ‘Request Account Closure’
  6. Select ‘Reason for Account Closure’
  7. Ensure the Account you want to close has a zero balance
  8. Review and agree to the Account Closure important information
  9. Tap ‘Agree & Continue’
  10. To proceed, tap ‘Submit’
  11. Review your request details and tap ‘Confirm’
  12. Enter the one-time password sent to your registered mobile number or email address
  13. Your Account Closure request has been submitted successfully. The request will be reviewed and updated within 5 to 7 working days
