Steps to update your employment details:
- Log in to your ADCB Mobile Banking App
- Tap on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen
- Then tap ‘My Profile’
- To review or update your employment details, tap “Yes” to proceed
- Verify your identity with ADCB FacePass
- Tap on the 'Employment details' drop-down menu
- Then on the ‘Edit Emploment Details’
- Choose an Employment Type
- Enter your company or business name
- Select from the ‘Nature of the Business’ drop-down menu
- Enter your monthly income
- Add the company website
- Use the interactive map or enter your company address manually
- Review your residential address and update it if needed
- Then tap ‘Submit’
- Review the employment details you entered and tap ‘Confirm’
- Congratulations! Your employment details has been updated successfully
