Steps to update your residential address:

  1. Log in to your ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen
  3. Then tap ‘My Profile’
  4. To review or update your residential address, tap “Yes” to proceed
  5. Verify your identity with ADCB FacePass
  6. Tap on the 'Contact Details' drop-down menu
  7. To update your residential address, tap on the edit icon
  8. Enter your address manually or use the interactive map
  9. Then tap ‘Confirm Address’
  10. Review the residential address you entered and tap ‘Confirm’
  11. Congratulations! Your residential address has been updated successfully
