Easily set or reset your Debit or Credit Card PIN online:

  1. Log in to the ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Navigate to the ‘Debit Cards’ or ‘Credit Cards’ section
  3. Select the card you wish to set the PIN for
  4. Select ‘Service Requests’
  5. Tap ‘PIN setup/reset’
  6. Complete the authentication process using ADCB FacePass or a one-time password
  7. Enter your new 4-digit PIN
  8. Re-enter your new 4-digit PIN to confirm
  9. Congratulations! Your PIN setup is successfully completed
