Steps to update your mobile number:

  1. Log in to your ADCB Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen
  3. Then tap ‘My Profile’
  4. To review or update your mobile number, tap “Yes” to proceed
  5. Verify your identity with ADCB FacePass
  6. Tap on the 'Contact Details' drop-down menu
  7. To update your mobile number, tap on the edit icon
  8. Select the country code and enter your new mobile number and tap ‘Continue’
  9. Review the mobile number you entered and tap ‘Confirm’
  10. To verify the new mobile number, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent only to your new mobile number
  11. Enter the one-time password (OTP)
  12. Congratulations! Your mobile number has been updated successfully
