Welcome bonus
- UAE National customers not having an existing ADCB Credit or Islamic Credit Card will be eligible for AED 1,200 welcome bonus. All UAE Residents who do not have an existing ADCB Credit or Islamic Credit Card will be eligible for AED 1,000 welcome bonus.
- Customers having an existing ADCB Credit or Islamic Credit Card will be eligible for AED 200 welcome bonus.
- Welcome bonus is a one-time reward and will be credited to the Shukran membership account of the primary cardholder within 120 days from the date of card issuance.
- A minimum spend of AED 8,000 is required within the first 60 days of card issuance through retail purchases, balance transfer or PayOrder Facility. For example, for a card issued on 1st May 2025, the customer will be required to make spends of AED 8,000 by 29th June 2025.

- Enjoy 10% back as Shukrans on purchases made at Shukran brands : Babyshop, Centrepoint, Emax, Homebox, Homecentre, Lifestyle, Max, Shoemart, Splash and Styli.
Up to 1.5% back on other purchases
- 1.5% back as Shukrans on retail purchases made within or outside the UAE.
- 0.5% back as Shukrans on retail purchases made at UAE based merchants belonging to fuel, education, government services, real estate, telecommunications, charity, transport, supermarkets, auto dealer and insurance categories.
- 0.5% back as Shukrans on all retail purchases made at merchants based in Europe (i.e. countries which are part of in the European Economic Area). Classification of merchants based in in the European Economic Area will be as per prevailing Visa guidelines.
Redeem Shukrans at Shukran brand stores
- Shukrans for all eligible purchases in a month shall be credited to the respective Shukran membership account in the first week of the upcoming month.
- Shukrans can be redeemed for transactions at any of the Shukran brands within UAE (point of sale or online).
