For the duration of the facility, maintaining a property Takaful policy and a life Takaful policy are mandatory.
External evaluators will determine the land and construction value, which may result in additional charges. This will include both upfront at the time of applying for the facility, and the various construction stages valuations.
The maximum Finance To Value (FTV) offered depends on the current construction stage of the property, total construction and land value and number of home Finance facilities availed.
Hybrid Finance profit rate structure implies fixed rate for initial years after which the variable rate based on relevant EIBOR + Margin applies.
