Keep in mind

  • A monthly maintenance fee of AED 25 is applicable (waived with a minimum balance of AED 2,500)
  • You must register one international account under your name for international transfers
  • Your ADCB Instant Tourist Account is available for a limited period during your visit to the UAE, subject to:
    • Country exit, or
    • Visit visa validity, or
    • A maximum tenure of six months, subject to a seven-day grace period
    • International transfers and any remaining balance upon account closure will be credited only to the registered international account, where applicable
  • If you obtain a UAE residence visa, your ADCB Instant Tourist Account must be closed, and a new account opened as per ADCB Current and Savings Account eligibility
  • Conversion of the ADCB Instant Tourist Account is not permitted
  • Any services availed at ADCB branches will be subject to service charges as per the Schedule of Fees
  • An ADCB Instant Tourist Account cannot be opened as a joint account
  • While this account is active, you cannot open, hold, or apply for any other ADCB banking or financial products

A physical debit card is available upon request via uBank subject to applicable issuance fees
International transfers are supported through a registered international account under your name
While your ADCB Instant Tourist Account is active, you will not be eligible to open, hold, or apply for any other ADCB banking or financial products
The debit card can be used within the UAE only for:
  • ATM withdrawals
  • POS purchases
  • Online payments
  • Supported digital wallets

Eligibility Criteria

Must be 18 years old or above
Visitor to the UAE with a valid tourist or visit visa (96 hour visas and transit visas are not eligible)
A valid passport is required to open the account via the ADCB Mobile Banking App
Physically present in the UAE at the time of account opening
