The ADCB Safe Deposit Locker Facility (both Assisted and Non-Assisted) is a secure and private environment designed to protect our customers and their valuables.

To safeguard the privacy of all customers and maintain the confidentiality and security of the facility, photography, videography, filming, and any form of audio or visual recording are strictly prohibited within the Safe Deposit Locker area.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, secure, and private environment for all customers and employees.

Keep your valuables and important documents safe with ADCB’s Safe Deposit Locker facilities, available at designated branches.

Keep in mind

  • A minor can only operate the safe deposit locker through his/her legal guardian subject to Bank policy.
  • If locker keys are lost then AED 1,050 is payable (including 5% VAT).
  • If locker facility is discontinued, rental charges for remaining period are non-refundable.
